Courteous and accommodating staff. My friends and I had to be out early every day, and staff made arrangements to still get our hot breakfast before heading out for the day. It is a great location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent staff! They helped me booking my tour to Underground River and it was a really amazing tour/group and Guide (Marlon), in addition they guided me to continue to El Nilo by bus after that, even if it was not possible to take the mini van they had booked (because they were full), they were checking on me. At the end the Guide helped me booking another Mini Van that picked me up in Salvacion.

We only stayed one night in this hotel and it was enough because we arrived in Puerto Princesa (the hotel is very close to the airport) and went to El Nido the next day. A good option for those who want to do the same. They helped us rent a private van to El Nido

I did like the location. Restaurants are just a few steps away. The room is neat and clean. They even provided a sanitary hand gel in the room which is a plus for me.

Great location for airport. Staff incredibly friendly. and helpful. Great breakfast. Beds very comfortable. Very clean, both rooms and hotel generally. Water dispenser (both hot and cold) available. Security on door - felt safe.

Really friendly staff, so helpful finding me transport at 4am. Suitable hotel for just one night if you have an early flight!
